Thank you for shopping with The Purse and Hanger! We specialize in new and preloved handbags and accessories, carefully selected to bring you beautiful pieces at exceptional prices.

We want every shopping experience to be enjoyable, transparent, and stress-free. Please review our shop policies before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind.

We encourage customers to carefully review all photos, descriptions, measurements, and condition details before purchasing.

We are happy to answer questions or provide additional photos when available.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

2. New & Preloved Merchandise

We offer a carefully curated selection of new and preloved handbags, wallets, accessories, and other merchandise.

Preloved items may show signs of previous use, including minor wear, scratches, discoloration, or other imperfections.

We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe each item's condition and disclose noticeable flaws.

Please remember:

Preloved does not mean perfect.
Normal signs of use should be expected unless otherwise stated.
Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
Items are sold in their described condition.

We encourage customers to ask questions before purchasing.

3. Layaway Policy

We understand that sometimes the perfect bag deserves a little payment flexibility!

Layaway is available for qualifying purchases of $300 or more.

The following terms apply:

Initial Deposit

A nonrefundable deposit of 25% of the total purchase price is required to secure an item on layaway.

Payment Period

Customers have up to 90 calendar days from the initial deposit date to pay the remaining balance in full.

Payments may be made throughout the layaway period at the customer's convenience.

Accepted Layaway Payments

Layaway payments are accepted through Venmo or Cash App, using payment instructions provided by The Purse and Hanger.

Item Reservation

Once the initial deposit is received and the layaway arrangement is confirmed, the item will be reserved and removed from available inventory.

Missed Deadline or Cancellation

If the remaining balance is not paid within 90 calendar days, the layaway agreement will be canceled.

The initial 25% deposit will be forfeited, and the item may be returned to available inventory.

Any payments made beyond the initial deposit will be refunded if the layaway is canceled, unless otherwise agreed in writing and permitted by applicable law.

Shipping

Layaway purchases will not ship until the entire balance, including applicable shipping charges, has been paid.

Additional Layaway Terms

Layaway arrangements must be approved before an item is reserved.
Layaway deposits are not transferable to another item.
Discounts or promotions introduced after layaway begins cannot be applied retroactively.
Early payoff is always welcome.
Any exceptions must be approved by The Purse and Hanger in writing.

4. Shipping Policy

We take care in packaging every order so your purchase arrives safely.

Standard Shipping Charge

Actual shipping costs are determined when the order is prepared for shipment.

Each customer will be contacted with the shipping charge. All shipping charges will need to be paid before your item ships.

Processing Time

Orders are generally shipped within 7 business days after full payment is received, unless otherwise communicated.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping Insurance

For higher-value purchases, additional shipping insurance may be purchased when the item's value exceeds the carrier's standard liability coverage. Applicable insurance charges will be included in the final shipping cost.

Delivery Issues

Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are subject to the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us so we can assist with available tracking information and carrier claims.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

5. Payments & Order Confirmation

Full payment is required before merchandise is shipped unless an approved layaway agreement is in place.

An item is not considered reserved or sold until payment has been received and confirmed.

For live shopping events, customers must follow the payment instructions and deadlines communicated during the event.

Unpaid claims or orders may be canceled, and merchandise may be made available to other customers.

6. Authenticity & Designer Merchandise

We understand that authenticity is especially important when purchasing luxury merchandise.

The Purse and Hanger strives to offer authentic designer merchandise and carefully evaluates items before offering them for sale.

Where available, authentication documentation or certificates of authenticity will be identified in the product listing.

A certificate of authenticity is not automatically included with every purchase unless specifically stated.

The Purse and Hanger is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the designer brands offered in our shop.

All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Pricing & Promotions

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice before purchase.

Promotional discounts, special offers, and sale prices are valid only during the advertised promotional period.

Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases or existing layaway agreements unless specifically stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders, with a refund of any payment collected.

Questions about merchandise, condition, measurements, layaway, or shipping are always welcome.

The policies in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction, unless a change is required by law or agreed upon by both parties.
