Shipping Cost
A $15.99 shipping charge will be collected at checkout. This amount serves as an estimated shipping cost.
- If the actual shipping cost is less than $15.99, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method.
- If the actual shipping cost is more than $15.99, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost. We will contact you regarding the overage before shipment.
Shipping Insurance
For higher value purchases that exceed the shipping carrier's standard liability coverage, additional shipping insurance will be added to protect the full value of the item. Any applicable insurance cost may be added to the customer's final shipping cost.
Processing Time
Orders are typically shipping within 7 business days of purchase, unless a different timeframe is stated. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier's system to update after the package has been accepted.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your information before submitting your order. The Purse & Hanger is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
